Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 2026
Majordomo, a product of Toggle Media, LLC ("Majordomo," "us," or "we"), provides users (the "User") with access to content, data, and services through a password-protected, proprietary application accessible via the Majordomo website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Through your use of the Services, Majordomo collects information from and about you. Please read this Policy carefully as it contains important information about your privacy rights and choices.
Please note that we may update or change this Policy from time to time. We will always post our most updated policy on Majordomo's website at getmajordomo.app.
Data We Collect
- Registration Information: Information provided to create an account and gain access to the Services, such as your email address.
- Chat and Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between you and your AI assistant within your Majordomo base station, including text content, conversation history, and session metadata.
- Base Station Data: Files, configuration data, and other information stored within your dedicated cloud environment.
- Proxy Traffic: Your Majordomo base station routes web browsing through our network proxy. We log connection metadata (timestamps, destination hostnames, and data transfer sizes) for security monitoring and abuse prevention. We do not inspect, log, or store the contents of your browsing traffic (such as page content, form submissions, or cookies).
- API Keys and Credentials: If you provide your own third-party API keys (e.g., for AI services), these are stored within your dedicated, isolated base station environment. Toggle staff do not access your API keys except for technical support with your explicit consent.
- Device Information: Information about the device used to access the Services, such as IP address, hardware model, and browser data.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use Majordomo, including feature usage patterns and session activity.
- Payment Information: Payment details processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment credentials.
Data Sources
- Data you provide to us: Registration Information, chat messages, and files provided during account creation or while using the Services.
- Device and application data: Technical information collected from your device to enhance functionality.
- Derived insights: Data analyzed for service improvement, such as usage trends and performance metrics.
Third-Party AI Services
Majordomo integrates with third-party AI services (such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI) to power your AI assistant. When you interact with your assistant:
- Your conversation messages are sent to the configured AI provider to generate responses.
- These providers process your messages according to their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
- We do not control how third-party AI providers use data sent to their APIs. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
SMS Messaging
Majordomo offers optional SMS messaging functionality. When you enable this feature, Majordomo provisions a dedicated phone number for your AI assistant. Your assistant can receive incoming text messages on your behalf, respond to them as you've configured, and send messages to you and to people you direct it to contact.
Opt-In: SMS is opt-in. You enable it by configuring SMS-capable personas in your Majordomo account. By enabling SMS, you consent to receive text messages from your assistant and authorize your assistant to handle SMS conversations on your behalf according to the instructions you provide it.
How It Works:
- Messages from your assistant to you: schedule reminders, calendar conflict alerts, deadline notifications, summaries of incoming messages, and other updates you've configured your assistant to send.
- Inbound messages from third parties: texts sent to your assistant's phone number, which your assistant processes and may respond to according to your instructions — for example, confirming an appointment, answering a scheduling question, or rescheduling a meeting.
- User-directed messages: you may instruct your assistant to send messages to people you have an existing relationship with — for example, contacting a client about a scheduled appointment, following up with a vendor, or responding to a collaborator. Your assistant only initiates messages when you direct it to.
User Responsibility for Outreach: When you direct your assistant to send a message to a third party, you are responsible for ensuring you have an established business or personal relationship with the recipient, and for complying with all applicable laws regarding text messaging (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the United States). Majordomo may not be used for cold outreach, mass messaging, marketing to people who have not consented to be contacted, or any messaging that would violate applicable consumer protection laws.
Message frequency varies based on how you configure your personas and your usage patterns.
Costs: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Majordomo does not charge separately for SMS.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from your Majordomo number. To re-enable, reply START. You can also disable SMS in your account settings. Recipients of messages from your assistant may also reply STOP, which will prevent your assistant from texting that number further.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact info@hellotoggle.com.
Acceptable Use: SMS messaging through Majordomo must comply with all applicable laws and carrier policies. Majordomo may not be used to send messages related to sex, hate speech, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (the "SHAFT" categories), nor for gambling, high-risk financial services, illegal substances, or any other content prohibited by carrier messaging policies. We reserve the right to suspend SMS access for accounts that violate these terms or that send messages our telephony partners flag as spam, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant.
Phone Number and Message Data: When you enable SMS, Majordomo provisions a phone number through our telephony provider (Telnyx). Inbound and outbound message content is processed by your AI assistant as described elsewhere in this policy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell phone numbers or message data. Phone numbers of third-party recipients are stored only as needed to deliver messages and maintain conversation context.
